§ 10-26. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Amusement arcade means the operation by any person of:
(1)

Twenty or more coin-operated amusement devices;

(2)

For public use;

(3)

Upon premises solely within an enclosed mall shopping center having an area more than 200,000 square feet; and

(4)

No point of which premises abuts or opens onto any public street, alley or way.

Coin-operated amusement device means such machines or devices as defined in section 10-91.
