The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Automatic music device
means any phonograph, player piano, music box, jukebox or any other instrument or
device capable of reproducing any vocal or instrumental sound, other than a motion
picture sound machine, which is controlled, governed or operated by the deposit of
any coin or token.
