§ 110-272. Parking during snow removal.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on any public street or public right-of-way within the city at any time following a snowfall of three inches or more until the snow on such public street or public right-of-way has been plowed from curb to curb. However, no person shall be found in violation of this section within the first one hour after a snowfall of three inches or more to allow such person an opportunity to remove such vehicle from the public street or public right-of-way.
