§ 110-285. South Fifth Street parking lot.

(a)

Except on Sundays, it shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any vehicle to park any vehicle for a period of time longer than two hours between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. in the South Fifth Street parking lot.

(b)

Subsection (a) of this section shall not apply to the owner or operator of any vehicle which parks in a designated space in the South Fifth Street parking lot which is owned by such owner or operator, leased to such owner or operator, or in which the owner or operator of such vehicle has an easement for parking thereon.
