§ 110-287. Parking in front of or across from driveways.

  • No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic control device, in front of or directly across from a public or private driveway on any street within the city when such street is 30 feet or less measured from exterior face of curb stone to exterior face of curb stone, or if no curb stone is present from the edge of pavement to the edge of pavement.
