Division 4. INLINE SKATES, ROLLER SKATES AND SKATEBOARDS |
§ 110-496. Prohibited use.
It shall be unlawful and no person shall operate, ride, or use inline skates, roller skates, or skateboards on:
(1)
Any sidewalk or public area within the city on or adjacent to:
a.
Fourth Street between Calhoun Street and West Street; or
b.
Fifth Street between Pulaski Street and Peru Street;
(2)
Any public or private property where a sign has been posted at the entrance or displayed prominently on the property prohibiting the use of inline skates, roller skates, and/or skateboards; or
(3)
Any place in the city in such a manner as to be dangerous to persons or property.
