§ 114-332. Municipal service rate.

(a)

Availability. The municipal service rate of electricity shall be available to all city municipal departments, boards and agencies whose operations are supported from municipal tax funds. Municipal street lighting will be served under this rate classification.

(b)

Energy charge. Any municipal service rate user of electricity in the city shall be charged for such monthly use at the following rates:

(1)

Demand charge: none.

(2)

Energy charge. All kilowatt hours (kwhs) per month: $0.06 per kilowatt hour (kwh).

(c)

Purchase power adjustment. The rate in subsection (b) of this section shall be adjusted in accordance with the purchase power adjustment as set forth in section 114-333.
