§ 22-68. Adoption of Illinois Carbon Monoxide Alarm Detector Act.

The Illinois Carbon Monoxide Alarm Detector Act (430 ILCS 135/1 et. seq.), as amended from time to time, together with the additions, insertions, deletions, and changes prescribed in this article, is hereby adopted by reference by the City of Peru, Illinois. Copies of the Illinois Carbon Monoxide Alarm Detector Act are available for review in the office of the city clerk.
