§ 2-196. Other duties prescribed by corporate authorities.

In addition to the duties contained in this division, the city clerk shall be responsible for Freedom of Information Act inquiries, voter registration, city cemetery records and issuance of deeds, sale of yard bags and stickers, park shelter reservations, coordination of tag days, and issuance of dog tags.
