§ 30-66. Issuance of deeds.

Latest version.

Upon full payment to the city clerk as provided in section 30-2, a deed shall be issued by the mayor and attested by the city clerk conveying the lot or grave. The deed provides for strict compliance with this chapter and any amendment to this chapter, as well as any other or future regulation pertaining to the management, supervision or upkeep of the grounds in the Peru City Cemetery.
