§ 66-101. Garbage storage and disposal.

(a)

A sufficient number of adequate flyproof and watertight containers in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by the state department of public health shall be supplied for the storage of garbage in a mobile home park, except where an adequate incinerator is provided.

(b)

Garbage containers shall be emptied at least once a week and shall not be filled to overflowing or allowed to become foul smelling or a breeding place for flies.

(c)

Garbage and rubbish shall be disposed of in a manner consistent with this Code.
